Picture Sorts
teacher stores sell cards with bright colorful pictures on them such as balls, the sun, a tree, etc.  You can give your child a sound and they have to find all of the pictures that have that sound.  For instance, if you told them to find pictures with the "s" sound, they should pull out pictures of a sun, a see-saw and a swing.
